2025 Kia Telluride

The 2025 Kia Telluride is available in 10 trims: LX, S, EX, SX, EX X-Line, EX X-Pro, SX X-Line, SX Prestige, SX Prestige X-Line, and SX Prestige X-Pro. The LX and S models feature 18-inch alloy wheels with machine finish, while EX, SX, and SX Prestige have 20-inch alloy wheels with dark finish. X-Pro trims come equipped with 18-inch black finish alloy wheels and all-terrain tires. The grille design progresses from black with chrome accents on LX, S, and EX models to black with satin chrome accents on SX and SX Prestige variants.

X-Line and X-Pro models feature increased ground clearance by 0.8 inches and receive model-specific front and rear bumpers. LED headlights and daytime running lights come standard across all trims. A power sunroof is included on EX and higher trims, while SX Prestige models boast a dual panoramic sunroof with a power sunshade. The 2025 model introduces two new exterior colors: Jungle Green and Wolf Gray.

The 3.8-liter V-6 GDI Lambda engine powers all Telluride trims, delivering 291 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 262 pound-feet of torque at 5,200 rpm. This spark-ignition four-stroke engine operates with a 13.0:1 compression ratio and runs on regular unleaded fuel (87 octane or higher). Power transfers through an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Active On-Demand AWD system with Lock and Snow modes comes standard on X-Line and X-Pro trims and remains optional for other models.

The Telluride accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 6.8 seconds and completes the quarter-mile in 15.5 seconds, with an estimated top speed of 132 mph. X-Pro models can tow up to 5,500 pounds, while other trims manage 5,000 pounds. Ground clearance measures 8 inches on standard trims and increases to 8.4 inches for X-Line and X-Pro variants. The SUV features multiple drive modes, including Comfort, Eco, Sport, Smart, and Snow. X-Line and X-Pro trims add downhill brake control for enhanced off-road capability. The independent MacPherson strut front suspension and independent multilink rear suspension work with column mounted-motor driven power steering to deliver responsive handling with a 19.4-foot turning radius.

A 12.3-inch touch screen navigation display is the centerpiece across all trims, complemented by a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster in SX and higher grades. LX, S, and EX models feature SynTex seating material, while SX Prestige trims upgrade to nappa leather. EX and higher trims include heated and ventilated front seats, with SX Prestige adding heating and ventilation for second-row occupants. The head-up display enhances the driving experience in SX Prestige models. Cargo capacity measures 21 cubic feet behind the third row, expanding to 46 cubic feet behind the second row and 87 cubic feet with both rows folded. A 10-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system is available, and dual-zone automatic climate control comes standard.

Forward collision-avoidance assist with junction turning leads the standard safety features, alongside blind-spot collision-avoidance assist and rear cross-traffic collision-avoidance assist. The 2025 model introduces Highway Driving Assist 1.5 and second-row side-impact airbags as standard equipment. SX and higher trims add navigation-based smart cruise control, 360-degree surround-view monitor, and blind-spot view monitor. Safe exit assist protects passengers when exiting the vehicle.
